I loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with fantastic friendly and fabulously friendly staff like the Manager. The venue was in a central setting good to see there was a restaurant.

Light filled & top-class rooms with easy access to the restaurant. With wake-up service available and fantastic friendly staff from the Maintenance guys to the Manager.

Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Dunedin Botanic Garden was favourable. A botanical garden and parks were next door to the hotel. The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast, it had hot dishes.

Clean place with exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating staff and lovely view of the central garden. Particularly good and unbeatable location with parking nearby.

Location adjacent to the botanical gardens over the road and close to the city center and restaurants and shops. A balcony, plenty space, and soundproof windows in the room, good and ideal location.

We were in Dunedin for 3 days, had good stay, the hotel was fairly clean with favourable and fab location to the world famous Botanic garden. Booked a room with bathtub.

Got good-sized and well-maintained family room on level 2 when arrived, loved that. The breakfast was enjoyable with fruit, yoghurt, and also the staff were all amiable. The place had a family atmosphere.

Wonderful and delicious breakfast for all tastes with yoghurt, bacon. Nice building and rooms on level 2 next to the highway. Ideal and lovely location, 15 minutes' walk to Dunedin Botanic Garden.

There were good-sized rooms with bathtub. The breakfasts were enjoyable and delicious with bacon and eggs, yoghurt and also juices and all the staff was amiable! Location: the hotel was near to other attractions and the beautiful botanic gardens.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is conveniently located opposite a beautiful botanical garden and it only takes a short drive to reach the city centre. We enjoyed dining at the local restaurant and the room service was very efficient. The room itself was spacious and included a balcony where we could relax. The staff was professional and attentive, making sure our needs were met and providing us with a welcome drink upon arrival. The amenities were impressive, and we appreciated the air conditioning and flat-screen TV.

Highly recommend this place to anyone.

stop over & quick sight seeing

The hotel was easy to find and in a great location by the Botanical Gardens. It had a lovely outlook onto a lawn area and there was no road noise. It was a short walk away from the shopping centre and 5 minutes into the city by car. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable and clean.

Our room was at the end by the conference room and was noisey for a time when there were tour buses in. We were also woken up by cleaning staff after midnight on one occasion. Next time I would check on the location of our room.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Convenient location. Clean rooms.
